THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Charles Ndegwa and (2) Zipora Njeri Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 157–00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 76/498, situate in the in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Ares, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in Volume N66, Folio 66, File 31170, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been reduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of the conveyance, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
