REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edward Kenneth Otieno Okundi, as custodian trustee of LN Trust Fund, both of P.O. Box 81479–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.1305 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Block XXII/104, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Temp C.F. 11128, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
