THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Doreen Chao Mwakabah, of P.O. Box 202–80300, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0444 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1956/3017, situate in the Voi Township in Taita Taveta District, registered as CR. 49794, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (30 of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
