THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis K. Kakinda and (2) Beatrice F. Kakinda, both of P.O. Box 85321–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.49 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. Mombasa/Kisauni/Mwakirunge II/298, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (30 of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
