REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mahmud Ali Abdi, of P.O. Box 82027–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of Freehold of piece of land containing 0.0199 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as Plot No. 12844/I/MN, registered as CR. 60987, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title thereof has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under Section 33 (3) of the Act.
