REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Medi Heal Hospital and Fertility Centre Limited, of P.O. Box 7905–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that property known as Kapsabet Municipality/293, situate in Nandi County, by virtue of a Certificate of Lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Certificate of Lease has been lost notice is given that after the expiry of Sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a Replacement certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
