THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS the Trustees of Africa Inland Mission International Trustees, of P.O. Box 21171–00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 229, situate in Kikuyu District of the Ukamba Province of the East African protectorate, by virtue of a conveyance registered as GLA 4605, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
