REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Kimani Ngururi (ID/3368965), is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under the title No. Ngenda/Kimunyu/3915, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced at Gatundu Land Registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
