REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Mungai Kiarie and (2) Joseph Njoroge Gathethe (T/A Nyacaba Kalimoni Investment), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title No. Juja/Juja East Block 1/618, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register and the said missing land register be deemed of no effect.
