REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Nyaga Njogu (ID/20705765), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 8.50 hectares or thereabout, situated in Kajiado County, registered under title No. Loitokitok/Olgulului-Ololarash/13429, and where sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register opened thereof have been lost/misplaced at Kajiado Land Registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open 2nd edition of the land register, provided that no objection will be received within that period.
