THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joyce Nyambura Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, known as Eldoret Municipality Block 21(Kingongo)/1085, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E177 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Kenneth Sammy Mureithi Ngugi, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joyce Nyambura Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
