THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Laban Mwaniki Mbugua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.08 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Githunguri/Githunguri/T. 151, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrat’s Court at Githunguri in Succession Cause No. E95 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Rosemary Mumbi Mwaniki, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Laban Mwaniki Mbugua (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Rosemary Mumbi Mwaniki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Laban Mwaniki Mbugua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
