GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4145

WHEREAS Mwaniki Murathi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mbeere/Kiambere/44, situate in the Sub-county of Mbeere, and whereas the in the Principal Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E215 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joel Kathaka Mwaniki (ID/13572513) and (2) Josphat Njoka Mwaniki (ID/13573947), and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Mwaniki Murathi (deceased), and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of instrument of L.R. 19 in the name of (1) Joel Kathaka Mwaniki (ID/13572513) and (2) Josphat Njoka Mwaniki (ID/13573947), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwaniki Murathi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
