THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muli Nzau Kasengesi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.023 hectares or thereabout, known as Athiriver/Athiriver Block 5/627, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo in Succession Cause No. 17 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Jimmy Ndunda Wambua (ID/4847904), and whereas the said Jimmy Ndunda Wambua (ID/4847904) has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as of L.R.A. 39 to Jimmy Ndunda Wambua (ID/4847904), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Muli Nzau Kasengesi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
