THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muli Mbala (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kitui, known as Matinyani/Kauma/762, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succesion Cause No. E71 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favour of James Mbala Muli, and whereas the said James Mbala Muli has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Muli Mbala (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said Land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muli Mbala (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
