REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Asman Onyango Owino (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Migori County, known as Suna East/Wasweta 1/8693, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title to (1) Geofrey Okoth Onyango, (2) Moses Onyango, (3) Gideon Okoth Otieno and (4) Dorothy Awuor Otieno, having been gazetted as administrators vide succession cause No. 123 of 2022 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
