GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4156

WHEREAS Alice Nyaboke Ongera (ID/30786139), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block/4/4 518 containing thercabout 0.2500 Ha and 3.150 Ha respectively situate in the district of Kericho and whereas The Chief's Magistrates Court at Kericho Civil case no.399 of 2013 has given orders that has compelled the registered owner of these parcels to divide these parcels amongst herself and the brothers and that the court e court administrator is to sign necessary documents on behalf of the registered owner to transfer the subdivided land and issue new title deeds to George Sande Mariga, Julius Nyangau, Charles Mariga Oruta, Joseph Masira and John Nyabuti Mariga. Whereas, the registered proprietor, has refused to surrender both title deeds issued on 24th November 2014. I hereby give notice that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds in the names of Alice Nyaboke Ongera and proceed with the registration of the mutation forms and transfer forms and title deeds in compliance with the court orders dated 25th March 2024 and and 13th August 2025. And upon such registration the two title deeds issued earlier to Alice Nyaboke Ongera on the 24th November 2014 shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 19th March, 2026. C. M.
