GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4157

WHEREAS John Kipngetich Boiyon (ID/4756565), is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.32 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kericho, known as Kericho/Kabianga/4179, and whereas an application for rectification of register for this parcel was made in my office by Kipkemoi Too, the son of the original owner Kiprob arap Sigira, that the transfer of this parcel from his father to John Boiyon was effected after his death without lawful succession. Whereas summons were sent to the proprietor and hearing held on the 22nd of August, 2025 and ruling made on the 19th September, 2025 that indeed the original owner of the parcel Kiprob arap Sigira, passed away on the 15th of September, 2012 and that John Kipngetich Boiyon was issued with a title deed on the 20th February, 2013 without lawful succession, I give notice that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed in the name of Kiprob arap Sigira (deceased) and proceed with the registration of the lawful succession of the estate of Kiprob arap Sigira (deceased) from the Chief's Magistrate's Court at Kericho E21 of 2020, upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to John Kipngetich Boiyon on the 20th February, 2013 shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
