NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above Plan was on the 29th January, 2026 completed. The part development plan relates to lands situated Bachuma area and Voi Township of Voi Sub-County. Copies of the Plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of the County Director of Physical Planning Office, Wundanyi and the County Physical Planning Office, Voi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all the persons interested between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plans may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 1066–80304, Wundanyi. and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 5th February, 2026. CHRISTINE Z.
