Take Notice that the High Court appointed the Official Receiver as Liquidator of Comroad Construction and Equipment Limited (the Company) with effect from the 31st July, 2025 pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Act. Pursuant to this appointment, the affairs of the company as well as its assets are now vested with the Liquidator. Take note that no action can be taken against the Company without the consent of the Liquidator or the Court. Any matters relating to the Company should be directed to the Liquidator through the address below. Additionally, any creditor claims should be made filing of Proof of Debt (Form No.5) forms on https://brsv2.ecitizen.go.ke. on or before the 16th March, 2026. Subsequently, the first creditors meeting shall be held on 26th March, 2026. The Liquidator act as agents of the company without personal liability. Dated the 2nd March, 2026.
