NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) Laws of Kenya to the owners of 40ft Container No. TILU 48670845G1 to take delivery of the same which have been lying at Bokole Area – Changamwe in Mombasa County, it within thirty (30) days from the date of Publication of this Notice upon payment of storage charges, Auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges including the cost of this publication failure to which the said 40ft Container will be disposed off either by Public Auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners in order to defray the storage charges, Auctioneers costs and other related charges in accordance with the Act, but should there be a shortfall, the owner will be liable thereof.
