NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KCM 925T Toyota Fortuner which is lying at Nairobi West Storage Yard to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken.
