TAKE NOTICE that the goods have accrued storage and related charges amounting to KSh.. 6,683,528 which continues to accrue. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that failure to take delivery and settle all outstanding charges by 10th April, 2026, we shall proceed to dispose of the goods on 10th July, 2026 at 9.00 in the forenoon or soon thereafter by public auction or private treaty, and apply the proceeds thereof towards settlement of the outstanding charges, costs of disposal, and any other lawful expenses, without maker further reference to you, as provided under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, Cap. 38. Any balance remaining after such disposal shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
