NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 812, in Volume D1, Folio 57/708, File MMXXVI, by me, Alice Wambui Muchiri (guardian), on behalf of Shanice Nyaguthie Kangethe (minor), of P.O. Box 105602–00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shanice Nyaguthie Kibunja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shanice Nyaguthie Kibunja, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shanice Nyaguthie Kangethe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shanice Nyaguthie Kangethe only.
