NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 952, in Volume D1, Folio 358/3606, File MMXXV, by our client, Caroline Wambui Njogu (guardian), on behalf of Maya Njoki (minor), of P.O. Box 535–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Maya Njoki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Maya Njoki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maya Njoki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maya Njoki only.
