NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th February, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 151, in Volume B.13, Folio 2482/22747, No. 1636, by our client, Omar Abdalla Saleh Al-Tamin, formerly known as Omar Abdalla Swaleh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Omar Abdalla Swaleh, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Omar Abdalla Saleh Al-Tamin, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Omar Abdalla Saleh Al-Tamin only.
