NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th December, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 402, in Volume DB.20, Folio 2466/22563, File No. 1637, by our client, Leo Charo Kaviha, formerly known as Masumbuko Charo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Masumbuko Charo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Leo Charo Kaviha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Leo Charo Kaviha only.
