NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 34, Volume B-13, Folio 22783/2485, File 1637, by our Client, Kelvin Teed Mutua, formerly known as Kelvin Mutua Kilonzo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kelvin Mutua Kilonzo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kelvin Teed Mutua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kelvin Teed Mutua only.
