NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 149, Volume B-13, Folio 2488/22084, File 1637, by our Client, Halima Omar Baradia, formerly known as Halima Ammar Kasmani alias Halima Omar Abdulaziz Yusuf Baradia Mhamed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Halima Ammar Kasmani alias Halima Omar Abdulaziz Yusuf Baradia Mhamed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Halima Omar Baradia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Halima Omar Baradia only.
