IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution as read with section 30, 31 and section 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the Kilifi County Assembly in its session held on 10th March, 2026, I, Gideon Maitha Mung’aro, Governor, Kilifi County, appoint– MARJISANAA YAHYA to be the County Executive Committee Member for Transport, Public Works, Special Programs and Disaster Management, effective from the 23rd March, 2026.
