REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Maru, is registered as proprietor of all appartment unit CB-6, erected on all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 7340/1077, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 221038/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
