REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Kariuki Guandaru, as personal representative of the estate of George Guandaru Njau (deceased), of P.O. Box 1275– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3777/416/3 (Orig. No. 3777/416/2/1), situate in North East of Gilgil Town in the Nyandarua District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 23096/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
