THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The County Government of Taita Taveta, of P.O. Box 1066, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 97.64 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 33176–Taita, situate in the south east of Tsavo National Park in Taita District, registered as C.R. 79745, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
