REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sabatia Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 7362– 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 2327/35, situate in city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Volume N83, Folio 51, File 11250, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified replacement lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
