REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Wachira Kang’uru, of P.O. Box 3881–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that flat No. M on block 12, erected on all that parcel of land situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. No. 25980, by virtue of a lease registered as IR. 110390/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
