REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anthony Horoho Irungu (ID/13899773), of P.O. Box 8630–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the administrator to the estate of Jane Wanjiru Horoho (deceased) as per the grant and certificate of grant in Succession Cause No. E490 of 2024 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 10/Kirogo/886, 950, 951 and 952, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title issued to Jane Wanjiru Horoho (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
