THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Charles Filmer, (2) Antonia Filmer and (3) Georgina Filmer Hanlon, all of P.O. Box 411–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 7.237 hectares or thereabout, known as portion No. 86 Group V-Kilifi, situate in the south of Kilifi Creek in Kilifi District, registered as LT 35, Folio 439/4, File 4428, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (folio) has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
