GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4388

WHEREAS Simeon Ogendo Wasingo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Nyalenda “A”/451, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Winam in Succession Cause No. E157 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Turfosa Akinyi Ogendo and (2) Ambrose Ogendo Wasingo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Simeon Ogendo Wasingo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simeon Ogendo Wasingo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
