REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Chiteva Bedi alias Joseph Chiteva (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as S.Kabras/Chesero/2687, situate in the district of Kakamega, whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Butali in Succession Cause No. 182 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Rose Chiteva, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Chiteva Bedi alias Joseph Chiteva (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof and provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7 and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Joseph Chiteva Bedi alias Joseph Chiteva (deceased) shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
