THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maturu Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Thika Municipality Block 21/442, situate in Kiambu County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu Succession Cause No. E51 of 2025, directing the name of Maturu Kariuki (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Francis Kariuki Maturu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Maturu Kariuki (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of a new title deed, and proceed with the registration, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maturu Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
