THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kipruto Kipsang, of P.O. Box 41, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.28 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Elgeyo Marakwet, registered under title No. EM/Marakwet/Kessup B/352, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Iten Vide Case No. ELCC/41/2022 vide a decree dated 23rd September, 2024 was cancelled, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kipruto Kipsang and proceed to rectify the register by registering Francis Kimaiyo Kiplagat as the lawful owner of the said parcel of land as ordered by court, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kipruto Kipsang shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
