REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Otieno Okoth, is registered as proprietor of all the piece of land known as Kanyamkago/Kajulu/825, AND WHEREAS the High Court of Kenya at Migori in ELCOS Case. No. E13 OF 2022 has issued a decree ordering that the Plaintiffs have acquired by Adverse possession all that suit property containing 6.8 hectares or thereabout, the suit property is to be registered in the names of the Plaintiff’s namely (1) Zakayo Waka and (2) Dorothy Akinyi, the title deed issued to Michael Otieno Okoth if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from this gazettement to allow transfer of the same to (1) Zakayo Waka and (2) Dorothy Akinyi.
