THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ruffas Mwangi Kamau and (2) Purity Njeri Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 256, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Mau Narok/Siapei Block 3/1483 and 1486 (Mutukanio “A”), and whereas the Environmental and Land Court of Kenya at Nakuru in E.L.C. suit No. 18 of 2021 David Ngugi Kamau and 8 others vs Waithira Mohoyo and 4 others, decreed that the registers be cancelled and the register for the title No. Mau Narok/Siapei Block 3/413 (Mutukanio “A”) be reinstated to its position prior to subdivision by mutation dated 24th October, 2019, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to register the said decree and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Ruffas Mwangi Kamau and (2) Purity Njeri Mwangi shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
