TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicle reg No. KAS 251H, Nissan B15, to take delivery of the said items which are at Smart Line Investments ,within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner(s).
