NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 770, in Volume D1, Folio 85/965, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Murega Baichu, of P.O. Box 3269–60200, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Robert Murega Rimberia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Robert Murega Rimberia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Murega Baichu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Murega Baichu only.
