NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 74, Volume B-13, Folio 22295/2441, File 1637, by our client, Doris Faida Mwilloh (guardian), of P.O. Box 466–80109, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Angel Kadzo Muye (minor), formerly known as Elma Kadzo Muye, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elma Kadzo Muye, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Angel Kadzo Muye, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Angel Kadzo Muye only.
