NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 814, in Volume DI, Folio 86/923, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Mary Muhito Micu-Njuguna, of P.O. Box 521–00216, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Muhito Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Muhito Njuguna and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Muhito Micu- Njuguna for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Muhito Micu-Njuguna only.
