NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 876, in Volume DI, folio 112/927, file No MMXXVI, by our client, Yaqub Abukar Ali, formerly known as Yaqub Jimale Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Yaqub Jimale Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yaqub Abukar Ali , for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Yaqub Abukar Ali only.
