NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 718, in Volume D1, Folio 516/5001, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mahat Ahmed Osman, formerly known as Mahat Ibrahim Digale, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mahat Ibrahim Digale, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mahat Ahmed Osman, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mahat Ahmed Osman only.
