NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 243, in Volume B-13, Folio 2489/22829, File No. 1637, by our client, Emily Chemutai Rotich, formerly known as Emily Chemutai Koech, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Emily Chemutai Koech, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emily Chemutai Rotich, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Emily Chemutai Rotich only.
